Possibly a Blocked user is stopping a ring group from working?

I think a users IP is blacklisted. Its been over 24 hours. anyway to clear it?

A blocked user has no impact on the ring group. The block is reset after 24 hours if the underlying issue has been resolved.

Thanks but it is impacting the customer. I have tested in several ways. is there anyone from 3cx who can sdee if the IP is still blocked? thanks
