Power Bank As Raspberry Pi SBC Battery Back Up

I saw a post recently where someone suggested a cheap power bank to act as a UPS for a Raspberry Pi SBC.
I've tried the a power bank that I already had but it keeps switching itself off as it thinks the device is fully charged.
Has anyone got a link to a power bank that works correctly?

I haven't tried and doubt you would find anything that does power passthrough but there's a special Pi UPS you could use that takes all of the problems out of it for not much money. https://www.modmypi.com/raspberry-pi/power-1051/ups-boards-1051/ups-pico

Failing that I assume you have a UPS to power your switch and phones already? If so, plug it in to that! I'm testing a Tecknet iEP1500 that I've borrowed, 2.4 amps per port, 16750 mAh and it seems to be working correctly. I'm getting the lightning bolt displaying occasionally on the screen but I think that's because its a cheap low current USB lead.
I need to do a long term test but it looks viable.

The Tecknet works perfectly, it charges quite happily while the Pi is drawing power BUT sod's law says the Tecknet is no longer sold so still looking for recommendations.
