Hi Thank you for your support.
Now, this is a question about the integration of 3CX with zoho CRM.

When you use 3CX with pre-fix operation by multiple outbound phone numbers, what are the proper steps of click-call from zoho CRM via 3CX?
And every time a new contact is created from an incoming call, is it needed to manually add respective pre-fix?

I'd appreciate the recommended operation of zoho-3CX integrated system when pre-fix are used.

Best regards,
Hiro

The integration with Zoho needs that the phone number matches exactly with the number you have stored in the CRM. You will probably receive the number with E164 format from your SIP Trunk, so that's how you should store your numbers in Zoho. If you use click to call to make calls to your contacts, then there will be no prefix. It is recommended that you configure your outbound rules without prefixes, so you can make calls to numbers in E164 format. You can't add the prefix to the number stored in the CRM, because in that case inbound calls will not find the contact....

Hi, Thank you for the answer.
>It is recommended that you configure your outbound rules without prefixes

Understood. If so, what method is recommended if the user has multiple outbound caller numbers, and use a different number depending on the purpose?
Any idea?

Best regards

You can select an outbound rule by prefix, by destination number length, by extension or by group of extensions. If you need to select a different rule for local calls or international calls, then you can still use the prefix but not removing it. If you need to call the same kind or numbers, then the only option would be that you configure multiple extensions on your phone, and select the appropriate for the call you're gonna make.
