PredictiveDialer Configuration for Excel file

Hi Team,

We have an On-premise 3cx system and it's working fine with sip trunk. Now we need to integrate this one with CFD. I just cloned the Predictive Dialer Demo and added our SQL server configuration. I would like to know if this dialer can be used for one extension or multiple. And also how we can import Excel files, Kindly share a document or configuration demo for this requirement.

You'll need to modify the dialer to use an Excel/CSV file. And yes a dialer is system-wide, simply make the calls to a queue or something like that.

ok, I'll try this, For multiple extensions we can do right, or only one?
