Prefix for Hotkey

Hi,
did somebody know a possibility to add a prefix automatically to numbers, selected with the Hotkey function?
we need a 0 to access the externel lines.

Have you thought about removing the need for a ZERO for outbound calls and simply adding this to your Dialing Rules if required by your Telecom provider?

Yes, that´s the alternative.
We replaced the old PBX and all people knows dialing the 0 to access the external lines. So, if there is no way to add it automatically, they have to change her mind.
