Prefix is removed from call history when other participant answers the call - please fix it

Hello,

About issue:

There is a rule, where "9" is prefix. When i make outgoing call, for example 9372XXXX, and other participant answers. When I am finished calling&talking and trying to call back - redial from call history - then redialing dont work.
Prefix "9" is removed from call history when other participant answers the call. I cant call back. I have to copy or re-type number again.

How can i fix it ?

Can you please send us a screenshot of your outbound rules so we can see the configuration and let us know the phones you are using so we can try and replicate the scenario
