*prefix isn't working

Hello guys,
We have a issue about *prefix in outbound rule.
Our customer have 2 DIDs in system. For example there are 5 agents, they want to call DID numbers with a prefix like * and #. If the prefix is * , the call destination is only going to parking orbit*01 but # prefix is working.
Is there any solution about that ?

Hi there.
Can you please prefix as 0-9 or + and let us know the outcome, as we don't mention in the documentation guide or our academy that prefix can be anything else.
