Presence function on a SNOM 370 with 3cx

Hello,

When I set my presence on my SNOM 370 to (for example) Busy nothing happends in 3cx. The other telephones doesnt show this and the 3cx Assistant only show Available.

What can I do to get this to work?

Hi,

In the Snom there is an option to change what code the DND buttons sends to the PBX. *60 as available and *61 as away. Please refer to the manual for settings these buttons.

Thanks for your answer but that was not the question.

You can choose from a presence menu in the Snom 370 Available, busy, lunch, meeting etc. Shouldnt this be shown in the 3cx Assistance.

For example. If I use the DND button my colegues dont know if im on lunch in a meeting etc. They just se that I dont want to be disturbed.

How do I configure this. Its standard on most PBX:s.

To set your status on the 3CX PBX, you must use the 3CX Assistant, not a function on a Snom phone.
