Presence information will not display in larger window

The 3cx client for windows has stopped displaying the presence information on a number of machines and I can't resolve. Some Windows 8.1, some Windows 7. Presence on the phone itself displays properly and the presence window opens in a larger screen but no groups or extensions display.
