Presence over the bridges

I have a customer with multiple sites but one of the sites can't see presence of all locations on the webclient. It can see about half of them.

So is this only on the web client? 3CX Windows/Mac client at the same site can see presence for all sites? If so, I'm guessing there's a page 2 perhaps? Or it might be tabbed? Haven't used the web client much.
