Is there configuration on 3cx system so that at any time if you press "0" it re-directs you to digital reception main menu?

I can't seem to find such option

At some times, depending on where you call is connected (like listening to a VM outgoing message), you can press * to reach the Receptionist Extension, but to reach an IVR you would have to have the receptionist extension forward to the desired destination. That extension can have the SIP ID of zero assigned, so that anyone can reach it dialing a single digit. You must also allow Direct SIP.

Here is an example :

Someone calls our main line during business hours which goes to a digital reception.

Then there are several options available, and when one is chosen, it goes to a specific call queue.

For example:

Pressing 1 goes to operation call queue

Pressing 2 goes to accounting call queue

and so on ..

what I'm trying to achieve is, when someone choose a menu option from the digital reception, say option 2 for accounting, I want the to have the option to go back to the main digital reception after they choose that option.

Right now when someone presses 2 for example, they are on hold until someone from accounting picks up their phone.

but then if the person decides to talk to operation or dial a specific extension instead, they have no option to go back to the main menu.

The IVR does the transfer to the call queue, so once they hit 2 the IVR is no longer involved. At that point only the call queue is present and so only call queue handling applies.

You can hit * when in a call queue to be sent to the destination no answer. That destination no answer could be the IVR if you want. Just be aware that DNA is also used when no one is logged in, when time expires, etc.

basically
IVR -
"...dial an ext at any time and press Zero to be connect to reception..."
----
also pickup any phone dial 0 / 0# and will be connected to reception phone
-----
below worked for me

Edit Extension
Option Tab
Options Section
SIP ID box
Enter = 0
-------
I can also see in your IVR - you've left the IVR once the User entered option #2...
... they are then moved the que...
only if they were still in the IVR could you control that via the normal path...
so my fix / post is Unrelated.
