Our customer is a market research company. They make huge numbers of outbound calls all over the world. They get people's voicemail a lot. They want to be able to press different codes so that their users can leave pre-recorded messages when faced with a called party voicemail so their users can break off and make another call, without having to repeat a manual message each time. So to be clear, 3CX user makes and call and gets someone's voicemail, they press #701 (or something) which starts a pre-recorded message which plays in the calls party's voicemail box and hangs up - meanwhile the 3CX user either parks the call or just simply starts dialing their next call - anyone got any ideas on how this can be done please? Thanks
