We have a longstanding problem with the 3cx system, something that's pretty much a standard feature on every phone system sold in Canada in the last 30 years. How can we make it so that when someone is trying to leave a voicemail they can press # to skip the greeting. Right now pressing # while listening to a voicemail greeting hangs up the call. I would love to know how, thanks.
