Prevent call logs from physical phone

Have a yealink phone that end user wants to prevent it from keeping a history of who the person is calling out (secure facility), is there a way to stop this?

Hi,

By default the phone will keep a history so there is no way to prevent it via 3CX.

You should consider a couple of solutions:

a) Use a phone that does not have a screen or keep history (most secure since nobody can modify it back to show the history)

b) Look up the phone manufacturer documentation and change the setting on the phone manually (may be reversible though to someone who has the knowledge)
