It appears that the calls below are very costly when calling compared to normal mobile phone calls. How do i tell my £CX 15.5 Standard Edition to disallow calls to these numbers?

If there is a pattern to the numbers, could can create fewer rules to intercept the calls (block them). So, as one example) you could have a rule...numbers starting with 079, or 0792, or 07924, that is placed before the "general" catch-all rule for most calls. The more digits, the more specific the rule. Those calls could then be blocked. It becomes a lot more complicated (more rules) when :allowed prefixes are "mixed in" with the disallowed ones.

As Craig mentioned, some providers allow you to a the maximum per minute call cost. So if most calls were under , say 2 pence a minute, then set the maximum at 3 or 4, thus blocking calls to a high tariff number. This may have the added advantage of your provider playing a message better explaining why the call did not go through.
