We have a client with a doorbell that raised a question regarding call handling of the doorbell.
Issue: We want to block all users from being able to open the door and gate using the doorbell (DTMF *1 *2) from the mobile app.
However, the problem arises when a user picks up the call (*20*) from a ringing extension and then opens the door.
Request: Is there a way to block the call pickup from only the calls coming from the door Queue, but NOT if the call is coming from an external number Queue?
The Queue of the doorbell has the same extension as the Queue for incoming external calls.
I thought of many different ways to try to prevent users to open the door but i always end that they can pickup.
It seems strange that i'm that i can't find anything about this and no one have this problem, it dosent seems like a "difficult cenario" to happend.
