PRI, DID's, and incoming faxes

Let's say I have a PRI coming into a Patton 4960 with 50 DID's (one for each extension). If I wanted a user to be able to receive incoming calls and incoming faxes on their single DID, is there any way to do that? Or would I have to have a second DID for each user that needs incoming faxes to come to their individual email address (instead of the global default email address set in the Fax Server settings)?

Hi there

If you require the seperate ext to receive faxes then yes you would have to create a seperate DID for each ext so there will be one for voice and one for FAX.
