Guys, I'm sorry if I'm not posting in the right place. I am new to this type of service, I have already installed on some clients, however I believe I am pricing incorrectly. Can anyone give me a help. What is the value base for installing a basic PBX by activating only extensions without any other services? Once again, sorry for posting in the wrong place.

This is entirely up to you. So, no, this is not a place for this kind of discussion. Even less so in the Clients forums.

One good advice : don't sell 3CX as a "per extension" or "per feature". It is sold "per license per SC", stick to it.

Depends how you're selling it.

Are you installing on premise or are you hosting in the cloud?

Are you making them buy upfront or are you taking the hit and providing it as a service?

Frederick is right, it is up to you. You'd make your money on the support/upkeep really as that'd be the ongoing cost.
