Prioritized Calls for Ring Groups

Hi there,

We have a unique request from a client that I am wondering if is possible at all with 3CX Ring Groups. The client would like to have a certain phone prioritize calls from outside lines or specific ring groups over calls from another ring group. Basically, if the phone is ringing from a call on Ring Group 1 and another call comes in from outside on a trunk or Ring Group 2, the new call would take precedence on that phone.

Have you looked into call queue's?
It's maybe somewhat different from the ring groups but you can make Priority Queues.
