Pro edition, need to downgrade/change 16SC to 8SC

I have a working Pro 8SC edition of 3CX, hosted with 3CX hosting. Got confused between "renew" and "upgrade".

I went to renew the annual license and hosting (which expires July 22, 2025) and mistakenly upgraded the license from 8SC to 16SC. We don't want that, even 8SC is overkill for us.
I didn't renew the existing license yet, but I did add a new 8SC system and paid for a year for that license, thinking I could transfer the new key over to the existing 3CX instance.
So I have two licenses, one is the original which is active and working but needs to be renewed. One is a brand new 8SC key, fully paid for a year for both 3CX and for hosting.

I looked for a way to paste in the new license key into the existing install, but there is no "change key" option.
There's gotta be a clean way to add the new license key into the existing install, or maybe just cancel the new key so I can then go to the existing instance and properly renew it.
I don't want two phone installs!
Any ideas? TIA.

I found a place in the Admin to replace the key (why isn't this done in the 3cx subscriptions page???) - maddening.
But even there, when I add the new key in and hit Save, it says "Commercial keys cannot be replaced". Maddening again!

You need to contact 3CX support to sort this out. License downgrades are possible, but only by support.
