PRO to ENT upgrade pricing

We have PRO licencing for 32 sim calls. We want to upgrade to Enterprise. The difference between the two licences listed on the 3CX website is only $324 USD, but a reseller quoted us much more. Is there an official pricing sheet for upgrades, or should it be just the difference between the two, or are we just at the mercy of the reseller?

Based on 3CX website, it costs $810 to upgrade from 32sc PRO to 32sc Enterprise for perpetual license. For annual I think its just the difference as you mentioned ($324).

Thank you, I couldn't find that web page for some reason. We do have a perpetual license so I'm happy with that
