Hello everyone,

I have 3cx installed on an instance on amazon aws.
Operating system --> Debian
License --> 3cx business NFR
PAbx 3cx is in version 16 (last update)

The PBX functioned normally until Friday, September 11, when the server was turned off and on Monday, the 14th, it was turned on again, since the 14th it has not been possible to access the management console, connect the Android app, webclient. When I try to access the browser, according to the browser message, it is not possible to access the site because the address took too long to respond.

Acessing the ssh server, the services are running, only 3cxHotelModule01 is disable.

Doing a test, when I call the phone I am answered by the IVR loaded in the 3CX.

Best Regards.

is your FQDN pointing to your amazon instance IP?
Did you clear Browser cache?
Did you set a firewall manually? are the ports opened ?

I used pabxexpress 3cx for installtion.
FQDN used from 3cx.
Clearing the browser's cache performed in two different locations and the problem persists.
All ports released, have not been changed since installation.
attachment outbound rule
outbound rule --> everything

the problem started to occur after the server was shut down, it was off for two days

Does the 3cx fqdn point to the IP address of the Amazon aws server

As the server was switched off, unless you have a fixed iip address, your ip addess may have changed.

I see, that may have happened.

What would be the procedure to solve, can you tell me?

Find your machine's public IP and connect to your management console.

Then set your network settings to dynamic from Network Settings > External IP configuration

It will take a little while for the machine to update the FQDN, and once this is done you should be able to log in using the FQDN again like before

For now, when you ping your 3CX FQDN do you get returned same Public IP you got before PBX was powered off ?

I managed to access and IP was different, I made the change to the fixed IP and all accesses are already working.

thank you

Instead of using the static wan address, you could use dynamic and it will auto update the fqdn if the wan IP address changes again

normally in Amazon you can set your instance to have a static IP, menus are easily available

Just need to click on IP address and ask to link it to your instance
