Problem is not related to DDI. PBX can not identify source of the call.
What is 1001 in From and Contact headers?

The same applelant 1001 to 3610 line running (without the use DDI)

Probably you didn't notice the difference: your Patton sends 1001 (two zeroes) in Contact, and PBX expects 10001 (three zeroes). As soon as Patton will provide 10001 in Contact - all will work immediately.

In your manual, you explain the following paragraph

3. Now analyze the “To” header carefully and ensure that the DID number you have
dialled is present in the “To” header: <sip:789456123@3CXPhone System>.
3CX Phone System for Windows System for Windows http://www.3cx.com
Page 50
4. If the DID number is not present in the “To” header, you will have to check the
documentation of your VOIP Gateway to find how you can configure it to insert the
DID number into the “To” field. In the case of a VOIP Provider, contact your VOIP
provider for more information.
5. If the DID number is present in the “To” header, check whether the string listed in the
“To” field matches the string you configured in the rule. Adjust accordingly and try
again
Why you give me the information from?

As I have already explained you have problem with source identification, NOT DDI. So if you want your system to work - you can do what I've said. Reading manual on DID will not help you this time.

I have the same problem while sources are identical (3600)

No solutions to my problem?

You can check the FAQ on how to configure custom providers. Other then that you will need to log a support request - this requires technical support.

Hi,
as I can see, you use a Patton connected to the 3cx Box.
I had the same issue.

The problem is,that the 3cx doesnt recognize your Patton as "a friend".

Please try the following:
Go to Lines, Mangage, Manage Gateways & Providers, select your Patton and choose Edit Selected.
Under Source Identification check Match Any Fields.
Under SIP Field choose Contact: Host Part.
Under Value choose Custom Field.
Under Custom Value enter 192.168.1.1

For me this worked fine.

Hi clavaud ,

lol @ "No solutions to my problem?" when archie has highlighted the exact problem!

Have a second look at those SIP messages:

The working INVITES read:
"Incoming call from 3600@(Ln.10001@patton) to ..."
i.e. your line is 10001 . Note x3 0s in 10001 .

The non working INVITES read:
INVITE sip:[email protected] SIP/2.0
Contact: "PSTN-1001"[sip:[email protected]:5060]

The PBX gets a message, reads it and tries to figure out who this is for. The PBX sees users 0870 (INVITE header) or 1001 (Contact header) in the message. At this point the PBX is baffled, it has no such users so it just discards the message. An decent analogy is a mailserver receiving a mail for [email protected] when there simply is no such user.

You need to sort out the messages that the PATTON is spitting out. You are however in luck, the 3CX team have good PATTON documentation/integration I am sure you can sort it all out if you carefully have a second look at the PATTON configuration guide. It's tricky and probably all new, so patience is required! Give it another read and I am sure you will have success.
