Since last week, we have had a problem with the 3CX system. Version 20.0 Update 10 (Build 1716 Beta - AI 1.6.71)

The problem is that some users call me saying they can't log in to the queues, and after I make them log in from the admin portal the can log out and log in again, and the next day this issue occurs with other users

If users perform an explicit logout from specific Queues the "Q" button will not return to previous state or reset queue logins.
They proceed with current state only so this is something you need to confirm first.
