Problem subscribe PRO Licence

Hi,
I'm trying subscribe a PRO licence, but seems Brazil 3CX partners dont wanna/like negotiate 3CX licences, still trying since last week, talked atleast 10 partners, without success.
Anyone can point me some 3CX partner who have interest in sell licences or if exists, a direct buy channel?

What size license? If you are trying to buy a perpetual license smaller than 16SC you can't.

I need only a 4SC PRO licence for start

As cobaltit said you cannot buy perpetual 4SC. However you can buy an annual 4SC PRO, so I am not sure what the problem with those partners is.
