Problem updating 3CX

When I login to WINS 3CX Management console and go to 3CX updates the only one listed under 3CX Service Pack/Updates is a grayed out update for version 8

Any ideas why I cant see the new service pack updates?

Probably because you are running v8 and not v9 which has current updates.
