Problem when calling 3CX WebHook

Hello,
I have a problem with the 3CX webhook to notify the delivery of an SMS. I provided the JSON data which seems correct to me. But the webhook does nothing. And it sends me an HTTP 204 response without any error message or indication.
The SMS therefore remains with the status undelivered in the interface.

Here is exactly what I want to do:
1. Send an SMS from 3CX to our API
2. Our API retrieves the SMS and sends it to Esendex
3. Esendex sends the callback of the delivered SMS to our API
4. Our API calls 3CX to confirm the delivered status of the SMS

Points 1 to 3 work perfectly.
But on the other hand, for point 4, the 3CX webhook constantly returns an HTTP 204 code, which is not very useful in resolving the problem...

And reading the webhook doc carefully, I think there is confusion..It talk about SMS sent to 3CX and 3CX sends an acknowledgment of receipt to the operator. However, we want to do the opposite.
How to use the webhook in this case?

And since 3CX did not provide an SMS ID during the initial sending, I don't see how the webhook could make the connection to change the delivered status of the SMS?

It seems that he problem comes from the JWT token but I see nowhere how 3CX send to us this token...
