Hi

i use FXO/FXS bridge and when i receive call, i see the ip address of the bridge (khomp UMG)

in my inbound parameters, i have:

callednum to user part

callerName from display name

callernum from user part

i've tried many pattern but i have de same result

And the caller id is activate with the line provider

thank you

we need to make some test calls with a known number inbound and start looking at the activity log to see how its formatted or if it even had the incoming number.

we are looking for lines in the activity log like this:
Remote-Party-ID:
INVITE sip:
Contact:

I myself start by looking for the number I am making the test calls from.

best of luck.

Does the gateway send and ID anywhere in the invite? That would be the first thing to check (like @3cxnub said).

Even if the provider has the ID enabled, ti does not necessarily mean that it is reaching your PBX

I found my problem,it was the configuration with the caller ID in the gateway
