Problem with IP Phone Fanvil C58P

Hi,im recently having an issue with one of our ip phone.
The Phone is stuck in the blue screen and wont boot,and show nothing but the blue screen, i try enter in post mode but it just dont do anything.
if someone knows something i will be great apreciated.

..and that doesn't work, then you may have a hardware issue. Try a new power supply if it isn't POE, or another port on the switch, if it is. Doesn't hurt to try a new Ethernet cable too.
