Problem with "Limit Call Pickup to Extension Group"

Hello,
our users should pickup calls (*20*) only from there groups.

It will work, but only if “show calls to group member” is activated!?
Now every member of the group will now see detailed information about the current call.

Is it a mistake in the documentation or a problem in our configuration?

Under Settings - PBX Settings , have you ticked 'Limit Call Pickup to calls received in their extension group'

Yes, but it will only work if “show calls to group member” is activated (contrary to the documentation).

Hello @hubi777

Please note that the Rights mentioned in the guide must be enabled for the extension picking the call up. But in order to be able to pick up a call, the extension must be able to "see" the call. If the extension ringing is not publishing the call to other extensions then *20* has nothing to pick up.
