problem with Live Chat

Hi,

This problem is happening on a hosted instance, but I can't post in that section it says I don't have a hosted incense.

I configured Live Chat to request the name and email of the client, but it didn't apply it, the client can start the chat or the call without providing the required info and it's not that they're ignoring it, it's not presented to them at all.

Hi are you using the wordpress plugin or html code.

If you are using the html code, then please once you applied the changes, copy one more time the generated code and use it in your website.

Then try it again.

I'm not using either, I'm using the link directly, I tried the same configuration on an on-premise instance, and it works fine.

so you are using the 3cx talk url, did you try to delete the browser cache and cookies or another browser ?

thanks, I think that was the problem it works fine on private widow or on another browser but for some reason not on the browser I work with even after removing the cash and cookies.
as long as it works for others it's not that big of a deal.
