Hello,

I've tried to install 2 3CX self hosted on my virtualization.

I have 7 public IP's, the "main" IP is 19x.xx.34.xxx
the other 6 IP "attached" to it is 19x xx.60.xxx

So, in the Network setting of the two 3CX I have set up on one 3CX 19x.xx.60.xx1 (example) and on the other 19x.xx.60.xx2 (example)...If I access via FQDN or via public IP, I can go on the systems.
The problem is with the firewall and the ports...I have a Mikrotik router and I set the DSTNAT for each IP on the preselected port, 5060,5090 and so on....but this is not working...I go to sniff the packets when the firewall test is going on and the dest. address is or each PBX is not the 19x.xx.60.xx1 or xx2, but the main IP 19x.xx.34.xxx.

So it's obvious that the NAT is not working. But why 3cx is going on my main IP and not to the IP that is set up in the GUI?

Thanks,
Alex

It's going to be a misconfiguration on your microtik and when 3CX does a STUN test/discovery of the IP, that's what it gets back.

Read this doc to understand how the firewall checker runs: https://www.3cx.com/docs/firewall-checker/

Yes, maybe, you are right :)
I've missed to configure the src-nat. Now all is going well and smooth.

Thanks.
Alex
