Problem with SIP ALG on Fortigate

Hi,

we have a problem on the Firewall check. Only the test with SIP ALG is red, the others tests are green.

We followed the procedure to Disable SIP ALG on our Firewall but the test remain red. (https://www.3cx.com/docs/fortigate-firewall-configuration/)

for information, we have a Fortigate 100F.

I would try the steps listed in the below article if your firmware is over 5.2 and run your firewall checker afterwards.
