First off, what SIP Provider are you using, is it a 3CX Supported Provider?

From your description I understand that you have intermittent issues for outbound calls to international numbers correct? If that's the case then you will have to check and see what the SIP Provider replies with when this happens. When this happens again, go into Dashboard and check the event log. You might see something like this:

If you do, then it means that indeed the SIP Provider is replying with an error in which case you might have to contact them so that they can tell you why this is happening.

By the way we actually have a Spanish speaking community too so you might want to consider posting future threads here too: https://www.3cx.es/foro/

First off, I have to mention that NETLINE is not a 3CX Supported Provider so bear in mind that we cannot guarantee normal functionality since they have never been tested with 3CX.

The two errors you got may be an indication that the PBX is receiving no response from the SIP Provider. Since it's not a supported provider all I can recommend is that you reach out to them to confirm that you are using the correct information on the SIP Trunk level such as IP/registrar, Port and Transport Protocol, etc.

If all is correct, you might need to make sure that it's not a networking issue on your end:

• Make sure you've configure each and every port mentioned in our guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/ports/
• The firewall has been configured correctly: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration/
• You can pass the 3CX Firewall Checker in "Dashboard >> Firewall".
• You are not blocking any outbound traffic from 3CX.

Hope this helps!

Thank you very much for your response, and I understand that NETLINE is not a Certified Provider. Anyway, the problem I have is that the local and mobile calls are established without problems, and at all times, there are no problems with that, it is 100% operational. Our problem is only with international calls, and these are also established, but the problem is that it is random, sometimes if other times not with the messages shown before, that is why I think it may have some wrong configuration and that it may be affecting only international calls, what can you tell me about this that I inform you?

Since there is no specific error from the SIP Provider I'm afraid I cannot say for sure, even if there was an error I would still probably suggest that you contact them to have them explain exactly why they are sending the error. That said, I would recommend you contact them to ask if they are receiving your SIP traffic for these calls and if yes, why they are not replying with anything.

From the logs you sent it seems the 3CX PBX is sending the call to the SIP Provider, so from there it is out of 3CX's control.
