Although I have some issues with phones, I am getting inbound traffic and able to send outbound traffic (Calls).
Inside my NETWORK LAN everything works well, but I notice two troublesome behaviors.
My phones cp-9971 phones the MAC always shows unprovisioned, is that a problem that can easily be fixed? Can this state of the phone create other issues?
Have both Android and IOS phones, they donot hold their registration, anyone knows why? and how it can be fixed?
Internal registration:
Once Android or IOS Phone come online, they register without a problem, most of the time. However, just now I turned on an Android phone that was charging, It recognized the Extension owner, however, it comes with a message saying there is no network. To fix it I have to turn WIFI off and Exit Push from the 3cx phone and then it re-provisions with no problem. Is there a manner to fix that behavior.
External registration:
It never leaves the state of CONNECTING...
Checked the firewall, All ports needed are open, checked 3cx visibility, it does hit the front gate, but is says that the gateway is not secure. It is a FIOS Router that is is hitting on its way in, any suggestion?
