Problems to pickup calls from Snom M30 cordless with M400 base

Good morning everyone.
I'm testing 3CX StartUp Free with a Cisco SPA504G phone and two Snom M30 cordless registered on an M400 IP base.
Everything works fine, except for one small problem which I just can't figure out why.
The code *20* to pick up an incoming call on another extension, if dialed on Cisco SPA504G or on 3CX App works perfectly, if dialed on a Snom M30 it gives a busy signal and does not play the action. I don't understand why.
I configured the M400 base via the 3CX auto provisioning link.

Can anyone give me some help on this?

Hi Simone,

This depends on your Role. If your role is User, you cannot pick up calls.

Also the Owner does not show their calls to group members, so their calls cannot be picked up.

If it were a role problem, the extensions could not pick up calls with the M30 cordless phones just as they couldn't pick them up even from the 3CX App for iPhone, while with the 3CX App, call picking works correctly.
Effectively the role of these extensions was "User", now I have elevated it to "Receptionist" this role should be able to pick up calls, is this correct?

Correct

while with the 3CX App, call picking works correctly.

That specific user on the app that was able to pick up calls probably had a different role (not "User).

Yes, now they will be able to pick up calls, except calls that go to a "Owner" role. That role does not show calls to group members, so their calls cannot be picked up by anyone.
