Problems /w outgoing calls - Linksys SPA942

Hello,

I am new to 3CX but so far I have all up and running including Exchange 2007 UM. I am using Express Talk and added an SPA942.

The configuration so far was quite easy and the phone successfully registers with 3CX and can place calls to internal extensions.

But when I try to reach an external number (which I can without any problems using Express Talk), I get a busy tone and the connection ends.

When I set a -cfwd all to an external number (e.g. my mobile) and call the extension, the call is correctly forwarded.

Hopefully, someone here experienced the same and can help me out.

Hi Marcus,

Please refer to this guide http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/linksys-SPA-921.html to config your SPA942. Since the config SPA XXX should be almost the same.
