Problems with calls landline to sip

First of all, hi, its my first post ever here.
I've recently entered in the VoIp world and ive seen this amazing software.
If i try to call outside i have no problems at all, i have 3 voip lines set and i can call with any of them.Now, if somene try's to call me to my VoIp number (can be called from a normal telephone) nothing happens, sometimes rings, sometimes not... this happens without me changing anything on the configuration... Im using a computer with 2003 server to run 3cx Phone system. Hope u can help me out here

I've not included servers logs coz... simply nothing appears there.
 
Hi miraportuga,

Are you using default setting? If yes. Please enable the log level to "Verbose (only used for debugging purposes)". Restart all 3cx services or restart 3cx box.

You can get the details log at C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Data\Logs\3CXPhoneSystem.trace.log

Thats what happens when i try to call from a landline to VoIp line
 
Something wrong with your IP config it talks about ip 0.0.0.0

That cannot be correct.

Is your VSP provider registered in 3CX?

When calling your VoIP number it goest from:

Landline ---> VSP ---> 3CX---> your IP phone.

So you do not have to configure any ATA to talk to your VSP, only configure 3cx to talk to your VSP.

Can you also post a serverlog (without Verbose?) To much info in this one for me, I get lost in it :-).
 
Thats the thing if i choose server to log without nothing happens. its like the connection aint passing through or something. :|
 
Well, on an attempt to make things work i changed voip server to another computer, so that he could act behing NAT/firewall and not on the same machine, and so far.. so good, i can call every extension, i can call outside without any problem and ppl can call to my voip number.
Thk u all for the help anyways :P
