I tried to do a new installation a get this message :

@LogicMindIT are you trying to install a V18 key to a v16 installation ?

@NikosT_3CX License is V18 and the install was V18. I took a backup and reinstalled the operating system to fix the issue with Ram. Now The install is V16 and the License is V18. I Can't upgrade the install to V18 until I put in a license. but I don't have a V16 license. Please help.

I know, it's too late, but for future questions: I had the same problem, by mistake I used the wrong ISO-File. I used Debian 9 (3CX v16) instead of Debian 10 (3CX v18). My license was for v18.
