Professional Digital Assistant Recording

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a company that will record a professional digital assistant message for my company, which will be the right format to use in 3cx?

We used American creative. Tyey did a really good job on the script and the recordings work great. Just tell them the file format you need which is.

format: 8000 Hz; 16-bit; Mono; PCM-encoding; WAV format

You may also want to look at Muzak. While elevator music is still alive, they have a division dedicated to this and can tailor to different languages and regional dialects/nuances. They are a part of Mood Media.
