Profile Image / Phonebook Image Template

Does anyone have a template for the profile images or phone book images that they could share?

What are the size requirements for the images or at least what is the ideal size?

I have uploaded images and some just look like garbage when scaled and cropped to a circle.

If I had the correct sizes I could create a photoshop template.

After some experimenting and looking at the sizes of profile pictures in this forum. I made a 400x400 pixel image in photoshop and created a circle within it. Within the attached zip is a jpg and psd
