Profile pictures not displaying on mobile

Hello, we are using profile pictures on our 3CX accounts and at first we noticed the pictures were displaying on the 3CX mobile app. Couple days later the picture will not appear even though they are shown on the 3CX web client. Any ideas?

I'm assuming that the pictures are stored, in the mobile, against a phone number, and will be shown when an incoming calling number matches. Where there any number "reformatting" changes made at the PBX that would cause the numbers to no longer match?

Is this issue happening on all handsets?

Hi Leejor,

No, that's not the case. The profile picture is on the user extension. This is uploaded to the Web client 3CX. The picture will show up once then it fails to show up on the mobile app.
