Programmable button to switch on team meeting greeting.

Hi, I'm fairly new to 3cx.
I'm hoping to be able to add a programmable button to our desk phones (Yealink T48U) that we press when we have a team meeting to play a different IVR greeting and then send calls direct to voicemail?

Could this be in the BLF tab?

We're a small team of 5, and have daily/random 10-20 minute meetings and every time we do, the phone rings..

Hi @cigarman,

Since you're a small team, you could use Dial Codes to set the PBX out of office hours. Are you using out of office hour routing on your system already? If not, I may have a convenient solution for you.

I do have SETTINGS -> OFFICE HOURS -> Configure Office Hours - already set.

Excellent, so you should already have the behavior that Outside Office Hours, the calls go to a different Digital Receptionist, right?
If you haven't done so already, you can setup your Inbound Rules to route incoming calls to a different destination out of office hours.

Once you do this, under Settings --> Dial Codes, you will see the "Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office", which has the default value *64 .
