Solved Provision 3CX System through 3cx website

Hello All,

When I log into 3cx.com I am able to go to systems and then provision a system on my Azure tenant. The only downside is that I do not get the opportunity to use an existing license which we bought (which hasn't been activated yet). Is there a way that I can apply my existing license to the new instance or is my only option to deploy the 3CX System from Azure side rather than the 3CX side?

Hi @slovac

When you log in to portal.3cx.com, do you see the existing license which you bought (which hasn't been activated yet) in My systems? Or only the new instance?

If you bought the license and it is paid key, and if your new instance is self-hosted (not hosted by 3CX), you can use option replace key in the management console.
