Provision Client Barcode not change

Hello,

I have local and external static ip. But Provision Client barcode not include external pbx ip. Our softphone cannot be register from the outside. If I register from local network, soft phone (iphone or etc.) can work from outside.

Any idea ?

Hi Bulent,

Do you use a FQDN? If so then log in to your dashboard from there rather than using your local static IP, and then generate QR code so that it will include your FQDN in the link rather than the internal IP

Yes I have FQDN, I tested now is seems OK. But what is the Phone Provisioning section ? "Network interface for registration and provisioning" show me internal and FQDN. Is it different things ?

it depends how you open the webclient. if it is local then it shows a local link, if it opened with the external reference, it shows the public link. then it is up to the DNS IP resolution where the client will go to.

If you have already an configurable internal DNS that would be good option for you to use.
