I just placed by 3CX server in a DMZ, so I provisioned my phone via RPS.
I followed the steps in the guide, and the phone (Yealink T42s, in this case) provisioned successfully and I was able to make calls without issue.
I disconnected the phone (only using PoE) and plugged in back in. It powered off and booted back up, obviously.
3CX log tells me:
Extension XXXX is unregistered.....
RPS Request...delivered successfully.
However, I never see any "Extension is registered" in the log (like I saw when I first provisioned the phone).
Phone shows me "No Service" and all calls fail.
So, I assume I am doing something wrong.
When a phone is provisioned (successfully) via RPS, and it gets power cycled, how do you bring that phone back online? Do I have to delete the phone from the extension and start all over every time?
