I did an automated 3CX install to my Google Compute Platform account. After I changed the IP to Static, the web UI still works but when I provision an extension to my iPhone by scanning the QR code in the 3CX App, it says "Provisioning file can not be reached"

You may need to confirm that all of the provisioning files were re-created after the IP was changed.

Thank you for your reply leejor, I have ideed re-created the provisioning files but to no avail.

Look through one of the provisioning files. Is the IP, or FQDN of the 3CX server correct? If it uses an FQDN, check to see that it resolves to the correct IP using a PC. If that is correct, then be sure that the sets are able to properly connect to a DNS server.

Check the 3CX Activity log to see if there is any sign of registration attempts. Check the IP Blacklist to be sure that the public IP of the sets, is not in there.

Hello @Vladimir Vasic

Make sure that the IP of your instance did not change while your IP was set to static. Also make sure that your FQDN is pointing to the correct IP and that your clients can resolve it.
