Provisioning Polycom VVX401 with 3CX SBC

I cannot provision the handsets. I have a Raspberry PI SBC with 3CX hosted in the cloud.

Anyone with experience of these handsets and can point me in the right direction?

Hi, these phones must be configured as mentioned in this document, since these are third-party supported, further assistance with those devices you will need to contact the vendor.
