provisioning SIP phone

Trying to provision a Cisco 7960 and when I go to add a phone against an extension it is giving me a 10.x.x.x adress whihc I cannot access because i am trialling this on a hosted 3cx platform.

http://10.X.X.X/provisioning/xxxxxxxxxx/SIPXXXXXXXXXXX.cnf

Can anyone supply a sample cnf file for the Cisco 7960 and 7940's or explain how I do this on the 3cx hosted platform.

From the above guide though, kindly note that these phones can not be used from a remote location or in combination with a 3CX in the cloud.
