Provisioning template editing bug?

Editing of the phone provisioning templates of some phones (ex Yealink T28) is not working. While you can select the phone model from the drop down, the template in the edit window does not update to that model, instead the template viewed previously lingers in the edit window.
Any suggestions?

I noticed the same issue with the T26. Created a new template renamed, shows in the list but it shows previous. Is this a bug? Trying to test out the template editing.
